Tina
Tina Major has recently taken the reins in the kitchen, and you will find no unnecessary frills on her menu – Tina’s no-nonsense approach to cooking means the quality ingredients speak for themselves. Scottish beef, Cornish seafood and a fine array of vegetables from nearby allotments and local markets form the basis of the menu, and each dish is designed and created with expert precision and care.
Chris
Chris Martin looks after proceedings in the restaurant, following the retirement of Branco Acovski. Chris oversees a fantastic wine list of 60 bins, with classic French wines as well as some excellent New World options. Some 20 wines and Champagnes are available by the glass, so if your preferred tipple is a glass of Chablis or Sancerre, you’re in for a treat.
